Everything was wonderful! You were amazing in setting it all up and providing feedback with the details. The drivers were polite and professional. They even helped direct one of my parents who was lost (they talked her through it while they were waiting for us to board the bus). They were both on time and there right when they needed to be to pick us up. Even though the trip home involved navigating through an accident on the freeway - we arrived at the school right on time. On Nov. 27, 2012 to Dec. 6, 2012 we had the opportunity to experience Tour West America’s “Christmas in Branson”. As this was our first bus tour we were somewhat concerned. We have traveled throughout Europe and North America but never on a bus tour.
 
Our concerns were quickly dispelled. The efficiency, the planning, the tour was great. The accommodations, the meals, the seating at all entertainment venues were superb.
However the outstanding feature of the total tour was the bus driver, Loren Carlson and the hostess Judy Carlson. We cannot give them the praise they deserve. They were extra-ordinary, friendly, efficient, helpful, guiding and fun. They made the tour.
 
We would hope that Tour West America recognizes the fact that they have two great employees.

The trip to Costa Mesa was great – the team absolutely loves David Kaiser!  He goes above and beyond his “bus driver duties”, even helping chaperones unload and set up equipment!  Having a driver who understands the nuances of a regatta is extremely helpful to the coaches, athletes and chaperones.
